Packages expire exactly 120 days from the date of purchase. Paid in full packages are non-refundable.

Membership expire on the expiration date of the membership.

All memberships are month to month without long term commitment**. Cryo memberships can be shared from family members. Refunds or cancellation are not provided. A 30-day notice of cancellation is also required for discontinuing the automatic payment setup required for monthly memberships.

There are absolutely no refunds granted for individual sessions, packaged sessions, or memberships of any kind.
